The wait for the machine outstripped the quoted "machine-ready" time by just over a month, but i understand that it is easy to get busy, and the machine is built well...  BUT overall, the unit  is incomplete. I am looking to purchase a tool that can be used, and this machine is a project, requiring tinkering and modification before it can be utilized in your business.  The worst part of all is: I was not supplied with the settings required to operate the machine and subsequent requests from the aftersales team have all but left me scratching my head and being told to figure it out myself. Further to this, i have just realized that the welding head sold to me as a quite expensive add-on is not suitable for the output power of my machine, and is not easily replaced with the  correct one. I am yet to deal with their returns department, but am about to commence this undertaking, as there is no use having a machine that is not capable of working as specified.
